Peplum Skirt | A Pair & A Spare

Peplum - weird name, pretty style. This tutorial does require a bias skirt to cut up, but once you’ve got that, construction is a lot easier. If you want to be ahead of the fashion pack, peplum anything is the way to go - AP&AS says that they’re going to be huge and she knows what she’s talking about! Haha! And those adorable heels?
